Students Plan for Wintersession

Students will participate in activities ranging from artistic projects to pre-professional development during this year’s Wintersession, which will last from Jan. 13 to Jan. 22.

Wintersession Activities for the Upcoming January Break

You could spend J-term lounging at home, pretending to enjoy the gaudy sweater Aunt Gertrude made you for Christmas, or you could spend it skiing, playing music with Yo-Yo Ma, and setting world records. Students returning to campus between Jan. 16 - 23 will have a chance to do all this and more during Optional Winter Activities Week (OWAW).

94 Percent Of Winter Housing Applications Approved

In the first year that undergraduates working in Boston-area internships or studying for graduate school admissions exams will be permitted to stay on campus over winter break, 94 percent of students who applied to stay at Harvard were approved, according to College spokesperson Jeff Neal.
