Davis Files Complaint Alleging Inaccuracies

Claims U.C. Secretary Knowingly Lied

"It's a known fact that Anjalee is really vindictive, highly combative and erratic in things that she's done," Gabay said. "I think if she wants to press suit against Brandon she should press charges against the whole council."

In her letter, Davis also alleged thatGregoire's letter contained significant changesform the resolution passed by the council.

But Gregoire said "those emendations that weremade to that letter were [factual] changes thatTodd Braunstein had recommended to me through[council member] Justin Label. The charges at theend of the letter were what Dean Jewett told me todo make it official."

Davis also says in her letter that Gregoirelied when he wrote, "Ms. Davis has consistentlycontended that no one touched anything in theoffice."

In a letter to Jewett published in The Crimsonon May 13 which Davis has submitted to the AdBoard as her affidavit, Davis said, "Neither of us[she or Braunstein] touched anything."

But Davis said yesterday she has alwayscontended that crimson Associate Photography ChairEdward H. Wu '96 touched the ballots.
