Eight guards who had publicly chargeddiscrimination--and, in some cases, on-the-jobharassment by their supervisors--say the reportcontains inaccuracies and innuendos about theircharges.

The matter is likely to be resolved in court.Four guards have hired a Waltham attorney, RichardSpicer, to represent them in complaints before theMassachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
