After Three, It's 13-0

Harvard-Penn. 1982

Vura, facing a second and goal situation, dropped back and fired a pass towards tight end John Schulte, looking to put seven more nails in the Harvard coffin.

But Harvard linebacker Jose Azelby was there, and the junior grabbed the errant toss and sprinted to the 30-yd. line. The Crimson now had only 70 yards to go for its first score of the game.

But that was 70 yards too many. On its first play from scrimmage, the turnover-plagued Cantabs coughed the ball up again, as Penn defensive tackle Jerry McFadden pouched on a fumble at the Harvard 28.

The Quaker offense took the field and got off three plays for 15 yards before time ran out on the third quarter.
