Nov. 7:

2:37 a.m.--The Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) confronted a suspicious person on the Radcliffe Campus Drive. The subject was a Harvard College student.

12:37 p.m.--HUPD units assisted the Cambridge Fire Department (CFD) when a fire alarm in Straus Hall was activated. The fire was caused by burned popcorn.

9:44 p.m.--HUPD units and Cambridge Police Department (CPD) units responded to a possible breaking and entering in progress at an off-campus location. The perpetrators were gone when units arrived.

Nov. 8:

9:13 a.m.--Credit cards and cash were reported stolen from the Littauer Center.

3:41 p.m.--A larceny was reported in Gund Hall.

7:43 p.m.--HUPD units assisted Boston police units that were helping an intoxicated male who had fallen and split his head open.

9:39 p.m.--HUPD units checked out a motor vehicle in Mahoney Garden Center's parking lot. Two occupants were asked to take their rendezvous elsewhere.

Nov. 9:

9:48 p.m.--A shoplifter was detained at the Kennedy School cafeteria. The manager accepted payment for the food, and the shoplifter was issued a general trespass warning for Harvard properties.

11:03 p.m.--A caller reported that cash had been stolen three times from the Copy Center in the Science Center.

Nov. 10:

3:00 a.m.--HUPD units quieted a loud party at Lowell House.

6:06 a.m.--Guards reported that the vending machine in Weld Hall had been burglarized.

8:13 a.m.--A Longwood campus security guard reported that another security guard had been assaulted by a person the victim knew.

10:51 a.m.--A window in Widener Library was broken.

2:57 p.m.--A caller reported that a black male with a large Afro, who was wearing camouflaged clothing, was intimidating people outside of Matthews Hall while handing out religious pamphlets. The man was located, and police issued a trespass warning.

Nov. 11:

1:10 a.m.--Two HUPD units responded to a car accident.

12:24 p.m.--An intoxicated person was removed from Au Bon Pain.

Nov. 12:

8:29 a.m.--A car fire was reported outside Gund Hall. CPD, HUPD and CFD units responded.
