MEN'S TENNIS SQUEAKS BY PRINCETON, 4-3

The Harvard men's tennis team edged-out Princeton, 4-3, at Princeton--in a match that was much closer than the Crimson had anticipated.

The Crimson (12-6 overall; 4-0 EITA) again had problems in the doubles matches, losing the second and third doubles matches to give Princeton the doubles team point.

In singles action, captain Andrew Rueb defeated Princeton's Reed Cordish. Freshman Philip Tseng continued his domination at second singles with a win over the Tigers' Gog Boonswang.

Also posting wins for the Crimson were sophomore Mitty Arnold and junior Dan Chung at fourth and fifth singles, respectively.

The netmen face Navy today at Annapolis. Detailed coverage of the men's weekend tennis action will appear in Monday's paper.
