The Phi Beta Kappa Alpha Chapter announced this week the election of 12 Harvard men to the academic honor society.

The students selected include: Bradley W. Setser '93, a government concentrator in Quincy; Dan H. Barcouh '93, a biochemical sciences concentrator in North; Harry L. Wolfgang '93, a mathematics concentrator in Adams; Jason M. Jacobs '93, a physics concentrator in Eliot; Jonathan D. Taylor '93, a history and literature concentrator in Adams; and Kannon K. Shanmugam, a classics concentrator in Cabot.

Kermit Roosevelt III '93, a philosophy concentrator in Winthrop; Phillip M. Cheng '93, a biochemical sciences concentrator in Cabot; Sean M. Williford '93, a linguistics concentrator in Mather; Sohrab Ismail-Beigi '93, a physics concentrator in Quincy; Stephen L. Burt '93, an English and American literature and language concentrator in Adams; and Stephen M. Cox, a history major in Cabot, were also selected on the basis of grade point average, recommendations and overall coursework.

"I was pretty happy. I haven't really told many people about it," said Taylor.
