Women's Volleyball

The Harvard women's volleyball team lost a tough five-set match Thursday night at Lowell University in a contest rescheduled from an earlier date.

After grabbing the first two sets of the match, the spikers fizzled, losing 16-14, 15-13, 10-15, 12-15, 5-15.

The loss dropped Harvard's record to to 3-13.

"We played flat," Captain Maia Forman said.

The spikers will play their last Ivy game of the regular season today against Brown at the Mailkin Athletic Center at 11 a.m.

"Our defense looked a lot better and we had good coverage," senior Stephanie Salinas said. "We were positioning ourselves in the right places."
