Nestle's Cocoa

The Freshman Council last night decided not to vote on a resolution that would have chided the Freshman Union for serving Nestle's Corporation products.

The group made the move after several members said that all Nestle products already had been removed from the cafeterias.

Although the Committee on Houses and Undergraduate Life (CHUL) voted Monday to recommend that University Food Services remove Nestle products from the dining halls, the University has taken no action.

Dean Rosovsky will report CHUL's recommendation to Joe B. Wyatt, vice-president for administration, who will decide whether to discontinue use of Nestle products, Archie C. Epps III, dean of students, said yesterday.
