Crimson Should Roll Over Ephs Tonight

The last time Harvard's basketball team played Williams in 1961, the Crimson blew a 16 point lead and lost, 72 to 70.

The teams clash in Williamstown tonight, and no repeat performance of 1961 will occur, for two elemental reasons. Harvard has a good team. Williams doesn't.

Having lost four starters from their tough club of last season through graduation, the Ephs anticipate a bad year. And rightly so--they dropped their opener to Columbia, 56 to 52, and bowed to Trinity Wednesday night, 63 to 53.

It's hard to shake the old notion that a Harvard basketball team can lose any game any time against any opponent. But with even a slightly sub-par performance this evening, the cagers should be able to to notch their fourth victory of the season.
