The Student Council will ask the University to let 'Cliffies have free meals in the Houses when attending official functions at Harvard. Proposed by Ronald A. Glantz '62 after consultation with several organization leaders, the measure is dedigned to eliminate the dinner problem which has hampered many groups with direct Radcliffe affliation.

The Council also approved the constitution for a proposed Harvard Musical Theatre Group, formed to produce original musical works ranging from comedy revue to concert and possibly opers.

Criticizes "Loeb Hierarchy"

Arthur J. Morey '63, president of the new organization, said that it was formed cause "the Loeb hierarchy is not interested in original plays and the Houses are afraid."

He announced that the first production, sophisticated" musical revue, will be presented early next term. Casting will held in the second week of December.

In other Council action, Charles F. Doran '64 presented a report on the recent exchange visit to Toronto University by 18 Harvard and Radcliffe students. The Council agreed to support a visit by 26 Toronto students to Harvard next February.

At the meeting, the Council decided to open its mimeograph facilities to all approved College organizations for a fee of one dollar per stencil.
