The thirty-sixth annual meeting of the Harvard Teacher's Association will be held on March 19, it was announced last night.

At the morning session held in Sanders Theatre at 10 o'clock, the topic for discussion will be "Who Should Go To College?" Wilson Farrand, Headmaster of Newark Academy, Newark, N. J. will speak on "The Determination of Fitness for College," and Ernest W. Butterfield, Commissioner of Education of the State of New Hampshire, will lecture on Adventures in Public Education."

Lunch will be served in the Bellevue Hotel, Boston, where addresses will be delivered by President Lowell, and President Cousens, of Tufts.

Both sessions of the meeting are open to the public. Tickets for $1.50 each may be secured from Bancroft Beatley '15 at 16 Lawrence Hall, Cambridge.

In connection with the Association meeting, the Graduate School of Education is offering a number of conferences of interest to teachers. These conferences, will be held on Friday, March 18, as follows: For teachers of French, by Assistant Professor L. T. Mercier, in Sever 6 at 8 o'clock; for teachers of Vocational and Educational Guidance, by Professor J. M. Brewer, at 5 o'clock in 20 Lawrence Hall; for Dependability of Tests, by Assistant Professor E. A. Lincoln, in 20 Lawrence Hall at 8 o'clock.

Two conferences will be held this afternoon; one for Teachers of English, in Emerson D at 4:15 o'clock; and the other for Teachers of Physics, at the Colonial Club, at 6:30 o'clock.
