As the result of a three weeks competition, Stanley Sanford Joseloff '28 of East Norwalk, Conn., has been appointed manager and Robertson Honey Jr. '28 of Washington, D. C., assistant manager of the Freshman debating team. These appointments are subject to the approval of the Debating Council.
