SEXTET FACES KEEN OPPOSITION IN B.A.A.

Larocque Will Not Start--Owen and Crosby May Play in Forward Line During Part of Game

HARVARD  B. A. A. Walker, l.w.  r.w., McCarthy Beals, c.  c., Geran Hill, r.w.  l.w., Small Crosby, l.d.  r.d., Campbell Owen, r.d.  l.d., Smith Bigelow or Flint, g.  g., La Croix

This evening at 8.15 o'clock at the Arena, the University hockey team will face the fast B. A. A. sextet. The Crimson coaches will start the line-up that was successful against M. I. T. and Milwaukee. Whether or not Captain Owen and Crosby will play some of the contest in the forward line is a matter of conjecture, as both Larocque and Guild, who were absent during the game with the Middle Westerners, have returned to the squad, and can be used at center tonight. The position of goal-guard is also undecided, as Flint has entirely recovered from his recent injury.

The B. A. A. sextet is one of the strongest on the Crimson schedule. It has to its credit this season 12 victories and one tie game out of 13 contests. Geran is undoubtedly the star of the team, but a great part of his value lies in his ability to pass at opportune moments and to fit into the system of team-play which Coach Kanaly has developed. His colleagues in the forward line, McCarthy and Small, are not far behind him in general excellence, while Smith and Campbell have been generally considered as one of the best defensive pairs in present-day hockey.
