Two tennis matches are scheduled for this afternoon with the University six meeting Brown at Providence, and the Freshmen encountering St. John's Preparatory School at Divinity Field at 3 o'clock. Prospects for both teams are favorable, the University having a record to date of five victories, one tie, and only one defeat, while the yearlings have won both matches they have played--against English High School and Andover. The Brunonians have so far played only one match this spring, when they were subdued by Boston University, 4-2. The University raqueters will line up as follows: Captain G. W. Helm '20, L. A. de Turenne '21, C. H. Hyams, 3d, '21, J. B. Fenno, Jr., '21, D. P. Robinson, Jr., '20, and J. R. Morss '21. Opposing them will be the following Providence men: J. D. E. Jones, H. B. Stearns, Captain E. F. Beagan, S. R. Ryno and G. R. Ashley (substitute).
