Oxford Students Off to Front

Ten American students at Oxford University, England, eight of whom are Rhodes scholars, left last week for Belgium to work under the American commission for relief in the distribution of food. The men are to serve for six weeks, but are trying to get a longer extension of time. The men will work in pairs at remote points, and will have the use of military lines of communication. Many additional applications for leave of absence have been received by the Oxford authorities from Rhodes scholars.
