HIGHEST STRENGTH TESTS

Eight of Ten Highest Tests Made by Football Men.

The ten highest records of the strength tests taken so far this year are printed below. The highest individual record does not beat the record of 1303.2 made last year by F. D. Huntington '12, but the general average is considerably higher. Eight of the ten men who made records this year are football men. As these tests are merely qualifying ones, and as there is no sincere competition, they do not in many cases represent a man's utmost effort. The average undergraduate makes 630 points.

The records are as follows: H. R. Hardwick '15, 1271.1; W. H. Trumbull, Jr., '15, 1254.1; A. W. Moffat '13, 1251.2; E. A. Lingard '13, 1243.9; T. H. Frothingham '13, 1162; A. T. Foster '14, 1161.2; R. T. P. Storer '14, 1134.6; T. Cable '13, 1121.6; W. A. Willetts '14, 1079; F. B. Withington '15, 1075.6.
