Final Changes in Courses

A complete list of the additions and changes to the list of courses made since the publication of the official announcement is printed below:

Latin A, "Cicero and Virgil," will be given by Mr. T. A. Miller on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 2.30.

Latin 2b hf., "Latin Literature," will be given by Dr. Webb on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, at 12 M.

Classical Philology 44 hf., "Thucydides will not be given.

English E, special instruction in English for foreigners, practice in writing and speaking class-room exercises, recitations and conferences - Tuesdays, Thursdays at 12, and conference hours to be arranged. Mr. R. L. Lewis.

Course E is open to all foreign members of the University on payment of a special fee of $20. It is designed for those who are embarrassed in their College work by an inability to write and speak correctly and who are ambitious of attaining accuracy in expression.

Public Speaking 1, "Voice Training," will be given by Mr. G. R. Bunker.

German 2c, "German Prose," given by Dr. Weber on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 11, is open to Freshmen.

Owing to the absence of Professor F. G. Peabody during the first half-year, the following changes will be made in courses in Social Ethics:

Social Ethics 1 will be omitted in the first half-year, and will be given as a half-course in the second half-year, "The Ethics of Modern Industrialism," by Professor Peabody, Dr. McConnell, Dr. Ford, and Dr. Foorster, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10.

Social Ethics 5, "The Moral Responsibilities of the Modern State," by Dr. McConnoll, will be given in the first half-year, instead of in the second half-year on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11.

Social Ethics 20a, "Seminary in Social Ethics," by Professor Peabody, will be omitted.

Social Ethics 20b. Professor Peabody will direct, during the second half-year, special researches of competent students in Social Ethics.

Landscape Architecture 1, "Principles of Landscape Architecture," will be given on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 9, instead of at 11.

Landscape Architecture 4 will be given on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 12 to 1, instead of 11 to 12.
