OBITUARY.

Stuart Wendell Hall, 1905.

Stuart Wendell Hall, 1905, of Boston, died suddenly at his room in Fairfax Hall early yesterday morning. Although he had not been well for some days previous he had persisted in his college work until last Friday night before reporting his illness at the college office. When the medical visitor called he found Dr. Hildreth in attendance, but the disease had made such progress that, in spite of the efforts of five physicians, it terminated fatally in less than two days. An autopsy was held, and death was found to have been due to septic typhoid fever.

Hall entered Harvard this fall from St. Paul's School, Concord, N. H. He had also studied at Stone's School, in Boston. He was eighteen years old.
