The call of a mass meeting for tomorrow to raise a sum among members of the University sufficient to provide a first class stand of colors for the auxiliary cruiser Harvard, is due to an increasing conviction that Harvard men should give some material proof of their appreciation of the distinction shown the University, and of their united support of the Administration.

If each man comes to the meeting prepared to contribute twenty-five cents, the total will suffice to purchase the regulation Union Jack and Ensign of the finest materials. It is important that the amount necessary be raised at the meeting, as no time should be lost in having the colors made and shipped to their destination.
