'94 vs. Cambridge Latin.

The game between the '94 eleven and the Cambridge Latin resulted in a victory for '94 by a score of 58 to nothing. The sophomores played a fairly good game and as their opponents were so very weak they had no great trouble in running up the very large score.

The ball was kept in Cambridge's territory nearly all the time and all the scoring was done by he backs. The best run of the game was made by Hoag, who, guarded by Borden, Harrison and Ladd, ran half the length of the field and scored.

'94 lined up as follows: Gleason, left end; McDonald, tackle; Williams, guard; Whitney, centre; Blake, guard; Beals, tackle; Ladd, right end; Quigley, quarterback; Harrison and Borden, half-backs; and Hoag, full-back. In the second half Gardner and Garrison played in place of Harrison and Hoag, and Weed, who had been playing with the second eleven took Williams' place. Two twenty-minute halves were played.
