To the college graduate who takes up his residence in one of the larger cities one of the pleasantest features of life opened to him as a result of his college course is the privilege of membership in one of the University Clubs which exist in nearly all of the great cities. The success of the University Club of New York is well known. The University Club, of Philadelphia, it is said, has not only social prominence but is famous for its lectures, delivered by the graduates of the various colleges who form its membership. In many ways such as this the usefulness of college graduates as graduates is promoted.
