It was unfortunate in many ways that the weather yesterday was not suitable for the parade so long looked forward to by the students. It was, however, more fortunate that the marshal in charge was able to postpone it until a more favorable opportunity. No one would have relished marching in such a rain storm as we had last night, and yet all would have been loath to forego the pleasures anticipated from this great event which comes but once in a lifetime. We can only wait and hope that the weather on Monday evening will be all that could be desired and shall then expect to see the college turn out en masse and enjoy itself.
