At the Webster celebration at Marshfield yesterday an eloquent address was delivered by Hon. Stephen M. Allen, president of the Webster Historical Society, and a poem was read by Prof. W. C. Wilkinson of Tarrytown. At the dinner speeches were made by Governor Long, President Arthur, Senator Dawes, Governor Bell, Judge Russell, President Bartlett of Dartmouth College, and Hon. Geo. B. Loring.
