We would call attention to the discussion of our boat-club system to be found in another column. It must be evident to all who have given attention to the subject, that some radical change is necessary in order to place boating within the reach of the majority of the students. We think that the plan proposed would, if put into execution, popularize boating, and at the same time greatly aid the University Crew. If any one has a better plan, now is the time to make it known, so that no time may be lost in making the changes so imperatively demanded.
